OUTDOOR FITNESS

OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP ... is a motivating fitness program for groups of 2-6 women who participate in calisthenics, body weight training, short distance running/walking, strength training, hills, stair climbing, sports drills, FUN, and much more!!

OUTDOOR FITNESS ADVENTURES ... Hiking and showshoe tours are a great way to explore Northern California, including the Sierras, San Francisco, Point Reyes, Marin County and the Wine Country. Tours are available year-round, weekdays and weekends, by reservation. Day hikes are designed for people who are reasonably fit and want to enjoy the beauty and serenity of nature. Distances range from 3-10 miles with moderate to challenging levels of difficulty, according to the needs and abilities of the participants.

PILATES INSTRUCTION

PILATES is a progressive system of exercises adapted to the individual. Designed to achieve greater physical power, flexibility, balance and posture, Pilates transforms the way your body looks and feels by developing muscle symmetry and skeletal alignment. Pilates repairs injuries, alleviates back pain, stabilizes joints and reduces stres. Sculpt your body longer, leaner and stronger with Pilates training. One-on-one Mat or Reformer sessions are available.
